How to account the indexation benefit on sale of mutual fund in the books of accounts?
Indexation benefit is for taxation purpose only...............how to account it in the books of accounts?

Indexation benefit is not for accounting in the books of account. It is only for taxation purposes. So, you need not account for the indexation. There will be a simple entry in the books of account for the sale of mutual fund units.
