14 February 2021 My colleague's spouse parents purchased residential property in 1967 and sold the same property in 2016.At SRO OFFICE only land cost per square yard is available but RCC BUILDING cost per square feet is not available for year 1981-82 for the purpose of indexing cost. How can we get the RCC rate ? or else can we use 2001-02 index

15 February 2021 Thank you for responding so quickly. I want add further queries.
If in the sale deed excuted in July 2016 , it is shown as 50% of sale consideration is cash by ignorance , it doesn't save the registration cost but rule says no cash in sale of immovable property after 1st June 2015. Any relaxation or consideration in the implementation date of that rule? or any article , circular or court judgement relaxing the same . What is the status if cash was received before that date and delay occurred in execution of sale deed ie in July 201
