02 August 2016 NO, as per section 2 (77),, wife of ID cover under definition of relative i. e. related to one another . and section 149 (6) (b) (ii) of the Companies act, 2013 define the term ID, as per this related to ID can not be appointed as Id in the same company. it has excluded in the definition.
