Indemnity Bond Format for Excess TDS on rent refund

I had deposited excess TDS on Rent. Subsequently I had filed refund request. Now dept has asked me to submit Indemnity Bond. Can someone provide me the format in pdf format.

Thank you sir. Would you have a specific format for this indemnity bond for claiming the excess TDS on Rent that was paid at 5% instead of 3%.

Specific format would not be available. You have to change few lines as per your requirement. There is no specific rule for it. Important is bond paper and the reason for the bond.
