Is INDAS applicable to section 8 companies

As per the Roadmap for applicability of Ind As For FY 2017-18, every listed company
11 November 2017
& other companies having NET worth which exceeds 250 crores are Covered in the ambit of Ind As.
There is no any specific exemption granted to Section 8 companies hence if section 8 companies fulfill the above criteria Ind As will be applicable in that case.
