13 March 2014 a company ahve an authorised share capital of Rs. 1500000/- now it want to increase the auth. sh capital from 15 lac to 35 lacs.. Plz suggest on following:

1. charges on increase in Sh.capitalas per companies Act.
2. Procedure of the increase in sh. capital.
3. ROC fees.
