Pls guide me how to increase the autorized capital of pvt. Ltd. Company however the existing authorized capital is 10 Lakh & we want to increase it by 10 Lakh more.

03 November 2016 Board meeting to pass following resolution
- Increase in Authorised Capital and Alteration of Capital clause of MOA
- To convene General Meeting

Convene General Meeting to pass following resolutions
- Ordinary Resolution to alter Capital Clause

File Form SH-7 within 30 days from the date of passing Ordinary resolution.

Also, check whether your AOA also requires Alteration or not.
