Incorrect pan no in home registration

Dear Sir,
I had purchased a flat in Virar in year 2011. In the agreement between me and the seller, in the registration copy form registrar, against my name the PAN no mentioned is not correct.
I wish to know will it a problem?
What is the procedure to get it changed?

Not an issue. However while using this document containing incorrect PAN, do make a mention so that the mistake is not repeated in next document (Most probably it would be second sale agreement) and attach copy of PAN card with such (next) document.
