You have to prepare bye laws of the company. - Memorandum of association - incorporating Objects First office bearers First subscribers - Articles of association Address and office timings Different types of memebrs and fees to be charged Types of committes Authorised peple to operate bank account Meetings of committees Meetings of members
One bye laws are ready you have submit the application.
