I have a client who is a proprietor and he wants to covert his business into company so,please any one mention how to incorporate a company in practical way as per companies act 2013 with procedure and sections

He can start with One Person Company with one Nominee.

Checklist for Din Application
(i) Filing of DIR-3-Attachments
(ii) Photograph
(iii) Identity Proof-PAN Card
(vii) Resident Proof- Passport/DL/Aadhaar Card/Ration Card
Voter ID/Electricity Bill/Telephone Bill
(iv) DSC of One Director
Submission of form INC-1-Required 6 Alternative Names. Out of 6 Names 1 name would be approved.
After Name Approval
Submission of form-INC-2-Attachments (MOA, AOA, Identity Proof/PAN card of Member and Nominee, Nominee Consent in
Submission of Form INC-3 along with Enclosures, Affidavit from the Subscribers and First Director to the Memorandum in Form No. INC-9 , Proof of Registered Office Address, Director Consent if the company is using Director Property otherwise Lease Agreement, Subscriber Consent to act as Director if Subscriber and Director are same person)
7) Submission of form-INC-22-Attachments (Conveyance Deed/Lease Deed/Rent Agreement etc.along with Rent Receipts,
Telephone Bill/Electricity Bill/Gas Connection, Director Consent to use such Property by the Company)
8) Submission of form-DIR-12-Attachments (Appointment Letter of Director, Declaration by First Director in INC-9 in case of New Co, Declaration of the Appointee Director in Form No. DIR-2.)
