08 May 2015 We already filed form 1 of llp and got the name.Actually there are four partners in which they are two designated partners and two individual partners but while filling form 2,we filled as total number of designated partners are two.and total number of partners are 4.It was asked to file addendum to form 2,but we filed addendum but it was showing excess in authorised capital in form 2 and it was rejected in uploading.
Can you please suggest us any solution urgently

09 May 2015 You have actually provided incorrect details in the Form. You should have filed form only for 2 Partners and 2 designated partners.

13 May 2015 As of now, I can see only one option.

You need to visit ROC office and ask them to cancel your SRN of Form 2. Once they cancel it, you need to file fresh Form 2 with correct details so that it can be approved by ROC. (Alternatively, you can ask ROC officer to reject your form and allow you to file fresh form)

In any case, you need to incur fees of Form 2 again.

I do not find any other options now. You have to visit ROC office for more options, if any.

13 May 2015 Actually the FORM -2 which was filled had not reached to ROC as it was pending for addendum to be filed .

Please give a solution

13 May 2015 I am confused. Is it already filed with ROC or not?

If not, you do not need to worry. Just correct the details in Form 2 and file it.

If you have filed it with ROC and ROC has asked you to resubmit the form, then you need to visit ROC office as I mentioned in my earlier message.

13 May 2015 The transaction status for FORM 2 in ROC is showing as pending due to ADDENDUM FOR FORM 2 is to be filed.

13 May 2015 That means you have already filed the form with ROC. You have to visit ROC office and cancel the SRN, because, as you mentioned, you have filled up wrong details.
