Incorporation of Company not coming under preview of NBFC

Can a Company be formed with its principle object to lend and Investment in other companies (investment Company) without it comming under unbrella of NBFC
I dont want to register it as NBFC

12 April 2010 It is an obligation on the company to get itself registered with RBI as an NBFC. It is not optional.

Hence, if the company is in the business of doing activities which require the company to register as an NBFC, then registration becomes mandatory.
