if a NRI incorporate a company in INDIA..what document would be needed.is there passport required to be attested by embassy of that country in INDIA or something else...kindly help me..

Kindly suggest the NRI to get the notary attestation from the country where he/she is resident and also the apostle from that country is necessary to certify the notary is true. You can get the certified one in any proof i.e. passport, driving license, etc., passport is necessary in case of foreign nationals.

for a country like US anyone can become a notary Public. So, the state or the government certify that the signed Notary Public is currently acting as Notary Public under the respective state.
