30 August 2011 there are two sole proprietorship concern who wants to form a company (pvt co) my query is

1) how can they form a company
2) what is to included in its object clause

30 August 2011 First of all, you should know the main activities of the present sole proprietors. if the activities are same, then mention that activities which is to be carried out in the private company. if the activities are different, include the activities which is mainly carried out in the business. the main objects in the MoA must be three to four only.

30 August 2011 whether taking over the business to be included as the main object of the company or it is to included in object aux.. to main object or it is to included in other object

30 August 2011 If they wish to takeover the existing business by the company the same should be mention in the MAIN OBJECT CLAUSE of the company and not in other object clause.
