what are the major forms which are required to be filed to incorporate a company?

Initially Name approval application is to be given in Form 1A
Thereafter, the following forms are to be submitted alongwith the letter of approval of name:
1 M&A, Draft copies in duplicate duly signed by the subscribers and verified
(After getting the stamp duty paid on Memorandum and Articles)
2.Form 32, in duplicate
3. Form 18 for Registered Office
4 Form 1
Thereafter, the following forms are to be submitted alongwith the letter of approval of name:
