What are the charges and the forms that needs to be filed, for incorporating a new pvt. ltd. company, having a share capital of Rs. 1lac and Rs. 2 lacs.

Sir new companies act had introduced the concept of small companies, so charges for 1 lac and 2 lacs are same . Rs 500 per DIN, Rs 1000, name approval, Rs 3600 incorporssation forms inc-7, inc-22, DIR-12, inc 21 Rs 400.00.
These charges are for ROC-Delhi.
