Sir,
I want to know whether it is beneficial to for a private company or a partnership firm when only 2 individuals are starting a business? and how long it will take if Firm is formed or when company is formed? I mean number of days. and what is procedure to form a private limited company? Can a partnership firm be converted into a private company later on? what will b its procrdure?? Plz help sir. Its urgent...

Better to go for partner ship first as there are lot of formalities to complete while incorporating company that adds to your cost. As you grow you can go for LLP :)
