I want to incorporate a company with following main objects:

a) Education –
1-Product manufacturing & trading forall materials that can be used in a school/ college environment viz Dresses,Stationary, Books, electronics educational material etc.
2 –Opening Plays, Schools, colleges andother institutions. Vocational education, Competitive examination preparatoryinstitutions, Game Zones for kids, Activity Based Learning Solution Centers (ABLS- like Robotics, Aviation Modeling, Science games, all basic subject, Montessoriand Kindergarten education etc), Mathematical Modeling, etc. Set up of Centers,Laboratory & retail outlet of products related to education and games. Franchiseedistribution of our own brand (Centers, Labs & Retail outlet).
b) Tourism-Main stream tourism, Tour organizers,collaboration with hotels, Restaurants, Resorts etc. Educational Tourism. Greenfield and brown field development of places for improved tourism opportunity. Vehicle/taxiRental, Trading of articles, handicraft, gifts etc.
c) Food & Beverage – Opening F&Boutlets, their Supply Chain Management. Franchisee distribution.
d) Project Consultancy – Consultancy on aproject to execute within time frame and reduce LD charges.
e) Investment – Investing in different streamslike Real Estate, Stocks, Bonds, Gold, etc
f) Manufacturing and trading of Engineering (Electrical,Electronics & Mechanical) Equipment like Cable & Cable jointing kits,Transformer, Generator, Heater, Control Panel, Capacitors, Earthing kits,stabilizers, Inverter, Switchgears, lights & luminaries etc for electricalpart. Diodes, IC, converter, etc for Electronics and Pipes, nuts, bolts,flanges, gasket etc for mechanical. Abovementioned item are only symbolic and a full range of all three streams can be handled.

A.....my querry is can we incorporate a company with multiple objects as above? i.e. can we put all the above as main objects of the company . if yes what we will fill in form 1A .

B........ Secondly is their any minimum capital equirement for including word VENTURE in the name of teh company.

28 August 2012 a comapny can have multiple objects, but objects should not contrast each other, for example dealing in computers and gadgets can have object of amc and repairing service however u cantt have objects like real estate business and finance business, therefore u have to open different companies for different objects. generally when there are 2-3 clauses of objects having similar nature, 1 object which is intended to be printed in Memorandum is taken in form 1A.
