I want to incorporate a private limited company having authorised share capital of Rs. 5,00,000 then for how much amount i have do franking on MOA, AOA & Form 1 and how much is paid as ROC Fees and how the same amount is paid.

Fees payable to ROC through MCA21 is as follows-
MOA Rs 16000/-
AOA Rs 300/-
Form 1 Rs 300/-
Form 18 Rs 300/-
Form 32 Rs 300/-
Value of stamp paper in which MOA and AOA is to be executed depends on the Stamp Act of the state in which the company is proposed to be incorporated.
