Incorporating a company in singapore

22 August 2012 Hi,

An Indian company wants to open its headquarters in singapore by incorporating a new company there, since, they are getting foreign funding. Is it possible to transfer the shares of the existing shareholders in Indian entity to Singapore entity if the singapore entity has to be a parent company and are there any RBI regulations to follow in repatriating the funds from singapore to indian entity. Pl reply urgently.

23 August 2012 Can be done, but shall need lot of restucturing.
