IF I WANT TO INCORPORATE A PRIVATE COMPANY, WHERE ANOTHER COMPANY IS ALSO A PROMOTER THEN WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW & WHEN FILING THE FORM-1A, WHAT CAUTION SHOULD BE TAKEN.

The promoter Company can authorize any of its officer by passing Board Resolution. The authorized person shall sign and do all necessary formalities required for Company Formation.
