while calculating exemption for retrenchment compensation 15/26 days salary is to be taken
so do here salary mean average salary that is salary of previous 10 months????

Here average pay for 15 days will be calculated as below:
1. if employee is getting monthly salary then average of last 3 months shall be taken;
2. if employee is getting weekly wages then the average of last 4 completed weeks;
3. if the employee is getting daily wages then the average of last 12 days (full working
