what will be the effect if debtors balance and creditors balance not to be taken in balance sheet.

It will be possible only when there is no credit sales or credit purchases,,,or total outstanding balances were paid off

the cash balance is may be negative if creditors are paid and may be high if debtors are nil with receipts
and another one option if u r file the return then go for revised
