SALE OF AGRICULTURE LAND WITHIN 1 YEAR IS EXEMPT BEING AGRICULTURE LAND OR TAXABLE. THE LAND IS BEYOND 8 KMS FROM GRAMPANCHAYAT & POULATION IS ALSO BELOW TEN THOUSHAND PLEASE EXPLAIN
