I wanted to know about private school's income. My question is that, can private school pay any tax?
If any private school comes under any trust, can pay any tax?
Please solve my problem with income tax rule and regulations.

to avail exemption you should registered as charitiable trust and approve by Assigning office of Incoemt Tax.
