23 March 2016 my client salaryed person but employer is contract basis on only salary deduct on section 194c which form can return use itr-1 I think ITR-1

28 March 2016 If TDS deducted u/s - 194C. ITR - 4 or ITR - 4S shall be filled by the Assessee.
