kindly intimate the form that is to be submitted for salaried employer whose gross salary is more than 10 lakhs

It can be from ITR 1 to ITR 4. Depends on your other income. Pl see following link for details:

It has rightly been pointed out that it can be any form. It depends on the other incomes in addition the salary. It can be House Property, it can be interest, it can be business income, it can be capital gains so on and so forth.
Kindly intimate whether only income from salary or there is any other income is earned by you.

I believe the salary is received by cheque and is kept in savings account which has earned some interest. Kindly check and then revert back

You can file your return in ITR2. Interest from bank received if any can also be reported in this form.
