Dear all,
If a person has source of income including salary and capital gains or business or profession.
then what should be the return he should be filed.
To my knowledge ITR 1 and ITR 4 ,both should be filed,
am i correct
or is there any other alternative or procedure
Please clarigy my doubt

You need to file only ITR4. Basically ITR1 is for salary & interest income only & ITR4 is for all income heads.
