A Proprietor concern with a turnover of 69 Lakhs for FY 2011-12, with a NP of 4.21 Lakhs, manual filing can be done or On Line Filing is mandatory, kindly advise, with thanks.

as turnover is above 60 lakhs the concern has to get audited his books of accounts on or before 30.09.2012 and have to compulsory e file with DSC

As the turnover has exceeded Rs. 60 lakhs, hence tax audit and efiling of return by using digital signature certificate is compulsory.
