A Proprietor concern with a turnover of 69 Lakhs for FY 2011-12, with a NP of 4.21 Lakhs, manual filing can be done or On Line Filing is mandatory, kindly advise, with thanks.

06 January 2013 as turnover is above 60 lakhs the concern has to get audited his books of accounts on or before 30.09.2012 and have to compulsory e file with DSC

audit is required under section 44AB of income tax act 1961

06 January 2013 As the turnover has exceeded Rs. 60 lakhs, hence tax audit and efiling of return by using digital signature certificate is compulsory.
