income tax return of trust got missed in filing in some confusion. trust is 12a registered. if return is filed belated, what is the remedy to claim expenses?pls guide

I think Expenses can be claimed as deduction without any issue. Late fee will be applicable for belated ITR as per Income Tax Rules and laws in force...
