Income tax return of company file with digital signaturer

23 March 2012 while registering digital signature of a director in income tax site (for filling income tax return of a company),following error occured:-
Validation Error
You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:

The PAN mentioned by you does not match any Director PAN in the Incometax returns filed earlier for this Company. Please register using a new DSC with PAN issued after 01/08/2010.



so pls suggest me what to do....

23 March 2012 you need to first check whether the DSC issued is a PAN enabled DSC or not.

If this's is issued with PAN enabled then you need to try in Internet Explorer or mozilla Firefox.

Check whether the DSC is expired or not.

If its expired you need to renew it, then try to register again.
