Dear Sir/ ma'am,
Hereby I want to ask that A pvt ltd company incorporated in 2009 which has not paid income tax yet i.e. not filed Income tax return is eligible to file income tax return for A.Y. 2013-2014 or not.
Pls reply asap.

Yes you can file returns of AY 2013-14.
