I want to file ITR of hospital details as given below
Name of Hospital: Thakur maternity Home
Clinic run by DR.Thakur and His wife Mrs.Thakur
Now Plz guide me how to file his return.
a) by the Name of hospital
b)By the name of Mr thakur and Mrs thakur separately.

06 April 2013 Whether Partnership deed is prepared for running a hospital....if yes then you can file return on Hospital name...otherwise on individual name..
