Dear Sir,
I am salaried person but my salary is not taxable after all deductions like : HRA, Conveyance and chapter VIA.
Can I File income tax return? Should I file it?
As I applied for a loan,bank asked me for Income tax return.

Jitendra, As your salary/income is less than the taxable limit, you need not file the return.
However, banks usually ask for the copy of return. There is no harm in filling the return. You can file it online and send the acknowledgement V to BAnglore
