06 January 2012 I want to file E-return of Income Tax

for AY 2009-10. My TDS for Rs.29576/-

for AY 2009-10 how can i file the return

of Income Tax for AY 2009-10. Kindly suggest

the same.

07 January 2012 The due date of filing return of income for the AY 2009-10 is already expired. The last date of filing belated return for the AY 2009-10 was also 31.03.2011.

07 January 2012 What is the solution of IT.

what can i do, How can the file Return.

07 January 2012 The return cannot be filed in the normal course. If the Assessing officer issues notices if any, then only you can file the return.

07 January 2012 due date of filling income tax return is expired but u can file return with condonation of delay and also get refund. u can file return with reason of late filling.and also get refund but u can not get int. on refund....koradiavijay@gmail.com

08 January 2012 Instruction to subordinate authority- Authorisation to AO regarding condonation of delay in filling refund claim.
Regarding - to admit refund claim u/s. 237 arising as a result of excess advance tax or TDS paid. Ref. CBDT circular No. 670 dated 26-10-1993(71 Taxmann33(Sta) / 204 ITR (154 & 155 Sta) order No. F No. 225/208/93/ITA-II dated 12-10-93. Upto limit of Rs. 100000/- balated refund claim can be submitted. 9850350854
