Income tax return filing for ay 12-13 directly after ay 7-08

21 May 2013 Assessee had filed income tax return for AY 07-08 with Rs. 4000 tax long time ago. After that assessee has not filed any income tax return as income was below slab.
Now assessee wants to file income tax return for AY 12-13 and AY 13-04 with Nil Tax as income is below slab.
Can Assessee file income tax return for AY 12-13 directly after filing income tax return of AY 07-08 ?
Is there any risk of scrutiny ?

Please help....
