He is not getting any remuneration or interest from the firm
He only gets share in profit
My question is what will be his due date for filing of Return of Income for A Y 18-19

It depends whether the firm is liable to Tax Audit or Not.
If the firm is liable to Tax Audit, the due date is 30/09 or else the due date is 31/07
If the firm is liable to Tax Audit, the due date is 30/09 or else the due date is 31/07
