19 November 2009 Dear Experts,

I want to Know about ITO Ward that If a Salary Person Apply for PAN from his/her home Location and afterthan he/she has to go other Place outside their District. So, where he/she has to file their IT return, in their Pan Applied ITO Ward or where their Service Office has Located ITO Ward ?

and That person wants to file IT return without going to ITO Ward. Means E-filling

One more Question raised that If they Person wants to file E-filling what Digital Signature helps for E-Filling.

Pls Know me the Process of E-filling and how works Digital Signature.

Note :- E-filling - Generate ITR-V - take Print out - send to Banglore.......

How/When no need to take Stamp on Acknowledgement of Particular ITO Ward...????? in E-filling

Pls help me urglently.

19 November 2009 1) Its not PAN its the service where he working, as per company based like 14(1)

2) Now you cant file to department, you have to file e-filing and should post to Bangalore..

Are u Saying that Now We can't File to the Department.
Pls Explain How ?
If I am from Madhya Pradesh and I transfered by my Company's Branch to Maharashtra. What should I do afterthan ?

If I filled IT Return to Maharashtra Branch Location Ward where Company's Return was filled.
What's happened in case of refund ?

Pls Help me once again.

19 November 2009 It will come to your bank account if in the refund case, its ECS...From fy 2008-09 you cant file to department have to send by ordinary post to bangalore..
