Sir,
A person has working a school private teacher earning salary Rs.9000/- and some tution fees and some FD interest but annual income is around 225000/- They are also preparing for the govt. Job if he can file income tex return or suppose he got chance for govt job can income tax filed return become an obstacle in the way.

YES HE CAN FILE RETURN VOLUNTARILY.
