04 April 2013 IN CASE OF INDIVIDUAL--> FILE WITHIN 31/07/2013 FOR A.Y 2013-2014 ( FOR NON 44AB i.e, TAX AUDIT CASES )& FOR TAX AUDIT CASES ---> WITH IN 30/09/2013.

04 April 2013 you will be able to file ITR-4 only after IT department make available the new form for the ay 2013-14. I think new ITR forms for the ay 2013-14 will be available from the third week of april or May 1st week
