I want to file ITR of FY 2009-10 & 2010-11.
I need to know how it can be done & my income is below exemption & it's under head Business & Profession from HUF. Can you please tell me what are the penalties & fines for late submission & Is it possible to file the return withouyt any Penalty ?

Please fill the respective ITR 4 form and submit it and the income tax department. As the taxable income is below exemption there will not be any interest. But penalty of Rs.5000 can be levied for failure to submit the return on time.So please submit the return at the earliest
