Whether any partner can enter his personal account for income tax refund in ITR of partnership firm, as firm has closed bank account.

then better u open account in firms name and then give that a/c number

It usually take more than one week for opening firm account. Also the firm is not doing any business, so firm has to pay more than refund as account maintenance charges. Is there any restricted guidelines on the same?

then dept will not allow partners account no then what is the alternative.
