27 April 2014 My Grand Father was died in last year and they having interest income and bank was deducted tds so shall i want to file income tax return? and whats process for surrender pan card?

28 April 2014 File is income tax return as a representative assessee. for registration you shall have to submit his death certifcate, his nominations, his will (etc.) or a certificate for all members of the family, and who shall be filing the return on his behalf. tds refunded shall be credited to the account of the person filing return as authorised reprentative.
