Respected Sir,

I have query about ITR 1 for the AY 10-11 or 11-12 it can not be accepted because over dated.what can i do? please reply this query.

19 December 2013 Now you couldn't file returns for such years as the due date u/s 139(4) also over. If you received any notice for such years u/s 142(1) then only possible to file return of income u/s 142(1).

19 December 2013 U prepare the Return for 10/11 & 11/12....need not file now...BUT u file 12/13 in time inturn Dept may ask for earlier returns. HENCE dept has to issue notice u/s 142 and based in that u file both years returns with justification for non filing ib due time
