15 February 2013 a firm has turnover of rs 5,00,00,000 in year 2009-10. in that year firm has not filling income tax return. now he want to file the income tax return of that year, can company file the return????? and if yes what is the procedure of filling???

15 February 2013 The time limit of belated return has also expired in this case. You will not be able to file return under section 139.

Time has been extended up to 28th february 2013 for A.Yer 2010-11file your ITR IV income Tax return.

15 February 2013 The above notification deals with ITR - V i.e submission of acknowledgement of return filed return.

The time limit of filing return remains same.
