12 July 2012 IF WE WANT TO FILE RETURN OF AY 2010-11,WHAT IS PROCEDURE,

THE RETURN IS OF WITHOUT TAX, IE THE INCOME IS LESS THAN 140000.

WHAT AMOUNT OF PENALTY WE HAVE TO PAY

12 July 2012 then you need not to file return.....for 2010-11 since your income is not in tax bracket.
