Dear Sir,
Please reply for the following queries regarding Income Tax Return Acknowledgement to be sent to Bangalore:-

1. Whether we have to put seal of the Company on the Acknowledgment
2. How much copies are required to send
3. Can we staple the acknowledgement

actually by mistake i already stapled it to take signature of director.
now i have ack. signed by director with me.
now if i sent it to Banglore is any problem or i have to take signatuer of my director again.

09 October 2009 U mean u hav stapled the acknowledgement with the return ITR 6, if yes then just remove the acknowledgement and send ot would not create problem just for having the mark of staple.
