person having income of commission shown in 26As 1300000 but actually credited in to bank a/c rs 789000
what should i do above case
please advice me

Amount deposited into bank is net of TDS. But in your case you have to confirm from the deductor what other deduction have been made by them.
If they provide the same then its ok, otherwise get the tds return corrected by them.
It is the only way available to you and they are obliged to do it if mistake is done by them.
