Income tax refund status rt40 feed

27 July 2014 Dear Sir,

My tax refund have been approved and sent it to refund banker. My bank Central Bank account number is 17 digit. But State Bank of India unable to pay the amount to my account and I have seen refund status "RT40 Feed Unpaid"

Can you suggest me what can I do for that.
