Income tax refund

22 November 2011 Dear All,
I had filed my income tax return for PY 2009-10 in last year online July 2010. They transfer my refund to Jurisdiction Assessing Officer in Incometax office. Could anyone suggest how to get refund amount from there.

22 November 2011 if if go there directly to meet him he will ask for bribe, Do u know the exact procedure to claim refund, like to write a letter to commissioner etc.
